We are a Team.
Both of us share a similar story of feeling unhealthy and overweight and both went through the journey of losing it and changing our life. We worked together in the early stages and both competed in powerlifting reaching national level competitions and only recently international.
Jes worked as a nurse for 10 years, and has always wanted to help people improve their situations. She's taken that one step further and is trying to get people healthy to prevent them from showing up at her workplace as a patient.
Ryan has been a coach for 5 years, and in the fitness community for over a decade. Holding a bachelor's degree in exercise science and being the head coach of the SSC Powerlifting team for 4 years. The most satisfying transformations to him are the significant weight loss in clients when they get to experience a whole new life after their transformation.
